What should I do if my package is missing, damaged, or stolen?Updated 4 hours ago
We take the utmost care in packaging your orders, but we know things can occasionally go wrong in transit. Please contact us at support@nutriwagpets.com so we can help:
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged goods and packaging. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and issue a replacement or refund if necessary.
Stolen Packages: We recommend checking with your neighbors or building management first. While we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
